Per Federal US Coast Guard regulations, maximum 13 passengers allowed.

As a general principle, pets are not allowed on board as we have a strong affection for animals and would be distressed if they were to become seasick. However, some yachts do permit pets, and we recommend that you inquire about the specific yachts that do allow them.

Every vessel is equipped with life jackets, emergency kits, and first aid kits. In case of known allergies or medical needs, it is advisable to bring extra medication to be prepared for any emergency situations.

The choice of pick up time is yours to make, but kindly verify the specified times mentioned in the signed Charter Agreement.

While it's not an issue to bring your own food and alcohol on board, we suggest that you join us solely for the purpose of having a good time and letting us take care of everything else.

Each yacht comes equipped with a sound system to play your music, and our services extend to providing DJ services, if desired.

Children are allowed on board and are counted as a passenger.

7% tax and 20% gratuity will be automatically added to your total.

50% down-payment is required to secure the date. We do not hold vessels without deposit.

Full Payment is due 7 days before your charter date.

Cancellation Policy:

• In the event that safe charter conditions cannot be ensured due to inclement weather, a rain check will be provided. The rain check will entitle the charter holder to a credit for the full amount of the charter and will remain valid for a period of one year.

• Changes to the charter schedule are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date. A rescheduling fee of $350 will apply. 

The following holidays, namely Memorial weekend and Labor Day, are subject to an additional fee of 30%. In addition, we also have holiday fees for New Year, Christmas, and 4th of July, along with special events such as Miami Music Week, F1, and Art Basel.
